Nissan Narrow Aisle Forklifts
Nissan's UFS reach trucks can work in a 4-way action, that enables these units to perform precision jobs in any direction. Normally, these narrow aisle lift trucks are used for stacking of normal, long or wide loads up to 9700 mm, loading and unloading from ground level and internal transfer.
The UFS units could accommodate long cargo up to 2.5 ton within narrow aisles, and wide loads as well. These features enable the lift truck to make best use of storage space and will accommodate every type of pallet, like closed versions. The space efficiency of this particular unit is extenuated due to its extended mast option.
Similar to most reach trucks available on the market, the maintenance costs are quite low. The majority of the parts are easily accessible across the range and basic.
The truck has built in CAN Bus technology in its BITE test equipment. This feature is capable of self-diagnosis and monitoring. The truck's LCD screen offers accurate fault information to showcase improved maintenance and repair times. This enables the operator to enjoy greater up-time and less expenses overall.
The URF narrow aisle truck is really sophisticated outfitted with swivel-reach. These forks rotate horizontally 180 degrees, that enables for side and front of the aisle stacking. This truck can be utilized with wire guided operation within aisles as narrow as 1.5 meters or in free-ranging operations all over the warehouse. The method this forklift has been designed allows optimum warehouse space utilization and the overall operation is simpler and faster compared to man-up operations. The mini steering wheel, fully adjustable fingertip and seat controls along with power steering option and the "floating" arm rest, all contribute to comfortable and productive operation. Statistics show that the more comfortable and happy the operator is the higher level of production.
The rotating forks on the URF model could be used for both aisle and warehouse handling operations. This unit is best suited for aisle-ways which are just 300 mm wider than the transported load. In addition, the Autostop additional safety feature automatically stops the truck at the end of the aisles. Ancillary equipment and data terminals are incorporated easily. The video-view applications allow the operator to maintain the "man-down" position for simple truck access while visually checking the load at every stage of the handling procedure.
